Cancellation Policy
At Varnika by Teena, we aim to process and ship orders quickly so that you receive your products as soon as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with:

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The order has already been shipped or dispatched.
- The order is out for delivery.
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable).
5. Failed Cancellation Requests
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return request and will follow our Return & Refund Policy, if eligible.
