- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
5. Delivery
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
