At Varnika by Teena, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Color or design preference.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Return requests made after 72 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photographs of the product showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
4. Reverse Pickup
- If reverse pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange for the product to be collected.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to courier the product to us. Where approved, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If the returned product is approved and the requested item is available, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or store credit.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
